Welcome to Kids Creativity Zone! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and programs. By registering your child or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registration & Enrollment

  • All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Registration forms must include accurate and complete information.

  • Spaces are limited and confirmed only upon payment.

2. Payment & Fees

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

  • We do not store payment information on our servers.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made [X days] before the program start date may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees).

  • No refunds will be issued after the program has begun.

  • In the event that Kids Creativity Zone cancels a class, a full refund or credit will be offered.

4. Safety & Behavior

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows program rules.

  • Kids Creativity Zone reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.

  • We maintain a safe and welcoming environment, but parents acknowledge that participation involves some inherent risks.

5. Drop-Off & Pick-Up ( AT KID ZONE  EVENTS ONLY )

  • Children must be signed in and out by an authorized parent/guardian.

  • Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

6. Health & Medical

  • Parents must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before enrollment.

  • In case of emergency, Kids Creativity Zone staff may seek medical assistance. Parents/guardians are responsible for related costs.

7. Media & Photography

  • From time to time, we may take photos or videos during programs for promotional purposes.

  • Parents may opt out by notifying us in writing before the program begins.

8. Liability

  • Parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Kids Creativity Zone, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Website Use

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

  • Content on the website is the property of Kids Creativity Zone and may not be copied without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
